What does the role involve?

As a Technical Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance operations of a single site. This includes:

* Managing and mentoring a team of skilled engineers and apprentices, fostering growth and development.

* Overseeing the maintenance of systems and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

* Planning and coordinating preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

* Troubleshooting and providing technical expertise for complex challenges.

* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

* Driving continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.

What we're looking for:

* Electrical bias preferred, but overall M&E experience is ideal.

* A strong understanding of construction is essential.

* A proven track record of managing teams and delivering technical projects in the maintenance sector.

* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* A proactive approach with a focus on safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
