Multi-Trader (Maintenance / Social Housing)

£40,000 - £45,000 (Van & fuel card provided)

Working in the Grays and surrounding area

Monday - Friday 08:00am-17:00pm (overtime available)

Out of hours rota with standby & call out pay (1 week on, 1 week off)

The Company:
Our client is a family run multi-disciplined construction contractor, that's been operating for over 10 years. Providing services to public and private sector clients. They've recently won a £3.6m contract with a large housing association, for the responsibility of maintaining part of their Essex housing stock for the next 5 years.

Role overview:

Seeking a Multi-Trader to work within the Grays / Thurrock area, undertaking social housing repairs. At present all work is responsive / reactive, with voids work anticipated to start in the near future.

Requirements & Experience:

* The succesful candidate will be based within close distance to Grays, Thurrock, Basildon or Romford

* 10+ Years trade experience

* Experienced within social housing (ie. maintenance contractors / housing associations / local authorities)

* Take part in the out of hours rota system

* Strong work ethic, friendly and professional

* Full UK driving license
