Are you a dedicated Clinical Deputy Hospital Manager (RMN or RNLD) looking for an exciting opportunity in Bradford, West Yorkshire? Our client, a leading specialist mental health service, is seeking a passionate individual to join their team. This role involves managing mental health care for males across three wards, including acute service, PICU, and a specialised Autism Spectrum Disorder Service.

As a Clinical Deputy Hospital Manager, you will:

Provide direction and contemporary initiatives to drive and embed effective clinical practice.
Ensure delivery of optimum clinical and therapeutic care.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
Deliver against key performance indicators.
Lead and deliver the hospital strategy as part of the Senior Management team.

An experienced Senior RMN / RNLD Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin number.
Possessing 2+ years of management experience.
Skilled in interpreting and analysing complex information and managing complex circumstances.
Experienced in setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards for high-quality care.
Capable of preparing and presenting reports at senior management level.
Compassionate and focused on patient recovery, with the ability to monitor, manage, and reduce risk while supporting service user independence.If you have experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Nurse Manager, Mental Health Nurse Manager, Psychiatric Nurse Manager, or RNLD Nurse Manager, this could be the perfect role for you.
