Job Title: Secondary Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Secondary Learning Support Assistant to join our team and provide support to students in a secondary school setting. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their full potential by providing individual and small group support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small group support to students with special educational needs.
• Assist the teacher in creating and implementing lesson plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support student learning and progress by providing feedback and guidance.
• Collaborate with school staff and other teachers to support student success.
• Assist with the administration of assessments and tests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role
• Ability to work with students of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with students with special needs and a commitment to their success.
