Ready to make an impact? As a Credit Controller, you'll be at the heart of managing customer debt, ensuring smooth cash flow, and building strong customer relationships. You'll oversee accounts, monitor credit limits, and ensure timely payments to keep things running smoothly.

Location: Poole
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Office-based)
Salary: Up to £30k + Attractive Benefits & Bonus Schemes

What You'll Be Doing:

Debt Management: Stay ahead of customer accounts to maximise cash flow and reduce financial risks.
Customer Support: Be the go-to person for account queries, delivering excellent support via email and phone.
Creditworthiness Checks: Use financial insights to assess both new and existing customers.
Team Collaboration: Lead weekly sales meetings to tackle issues, brainstorm ideas, and hit team goals.
Reporting: Prepare key reports, including customer statements and credit hold updates.
Reconciliation & Compliance: Ensure smooth reconciliations and data integration, while sticking to company policies.What We're Looking For:

Proven Credit Control experience (or similar role)
Organised and able to manage your time efficiently
Strong Excel, Outlook, and accounting software skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to handle high-pressure, high-volume tasks
