Administrator required for a new, permanent, full-time role in the Wessington Way area of Sunderland.The RoleA general admin role, with additional, construction related duties including:Database/CRM management - ensuring that all the information on there (names / addresses / numbers) is accurate;Maintain health & safety certification records, ensuring that this is accurate and current;Issue Health & Safety updates to colleagues, chasing responses as required;Follow up on outstanding tenders, ensuring that all required information has been returned;Arrange the hire/off hire of construction equipment as required;Create Framework Agreements and issue to sub-contractors for signing, log to ensure outstanding agreements are chased on a timely basis and submit to company solicitors once returned for certification;Update Framework Agreement Matrix;Process orders for materials and sub-contractors via IBIS;Process sub-contract payments/deal with payment queries for Sales and Customer Services;Maintain department's daily calendar ensuring it is kept up-to-date with all holidays and meetings;Booking/invites to meetings, provide refreshments for meetings and place lunch orders as requested;Provide cover for the Receptionist during lunch/break times/holidays on a rota basis.The PersonApplicants must be strong administrators with great IT skills and the experience needed to cope in a very busy environment.
