Mechanical Project Manager Duties

* Procurement

* Managing Sub Contractors

* Managing Electrical Contractors on site

* Managing Mechanical Contractors

* Preparing Site reports and variations

* Involved with Design

* Managing multiple projects on time and within budget

* Costing Variations.

* Scheduling work to be done for the day.

* Prepare project specifications.

* Carrying out inspections

* Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety

* Building relationships with Sub contractors

* Being the M&E lead

Salaries ranging from £60,000 - £70,000 + Package
