THE ROLE- Behaviour Mentor

Being a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working with pupils with behavioural difficulties. Must be someone that's able to inspire and motivate pupils on a 1:1 basis and through group work. You will be building relationships with the students and develop strategies to promote positive behaviour. The role requires you to provide guidance, support and encouragement to individual's needs.
