Salary: £28,550 per annum
Shifts: 24/7 rotating shift pattern (including every other weekend)
Shift Duration: 12 hours (07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00)

The Role:

As a Machine Operator, you will play an integral part in our production process, ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and contributing to the production of high-quality goods. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

* Loading raw materials into large hoppers.

* Operating mixing machines to produce finished products.

* Bagging and preparing products for shipment.

* Ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout production.

* Lifting and moving products up to 25kg.

* Following company procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.

* General housekeeping and supporting production as needed.

What We're Looking For:

* A motivated individual with a strong work ethic.

* Ability to work well within a team and independently.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality production.

* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous, but not essential.
