Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting production targets.
Lead and manage production teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (BRC, HACCP) and maintain high-quality production standards.
Monitor and optimize production schedules to maximize output and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is operating efficiently and safely.
Implement and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in production processes.
Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely procurement of raw materials for production.

A successful Production Manager should have:

Qualifications in operations, engineering, food science, or related field.
