Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to influence change and drive strategy in a fast-paced, innovative environment? Our client, a dynamic organisation, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their People Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to devise and implement HR strategies aligned with business unit objectives.
Drive employee and organisational performance through tailored HR solutions.
Manage complex employee relations cases, including redundancies and TUPE processes.
Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, and rewards initiatives.
Work closely with Centres of Excellence (COE) to support talent management and workforce strategy.
Ensure diversity, inclusivity, and fairness in HR practises, and serve as a mentor and role model within the organisation.

What Our Client is Looking For:

Extensive experience in handling complex employee relations, including redundancies and TUPE.
Background in manufacturing or start-up environments is desirable.
A degree in HR or a related field (Master's preferred).
Demonstrated skills in HR advisory and operational management.
Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
