Job Summary:The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a creative mindset, and the ability to analyse and optimise marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using insights to optimise and improve results.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
- SEO & SEM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Manage PPC campaigns and budget allocation.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and projects.
- Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Professional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are an advantage.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and results effectively.
- Project Management: Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
