In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-volume conveyancing transactions, ensuring seamless departmental operation and providing expert residential conveyancing guidance.

You will be responsible for:

Conduct comprehensive reviews of legal documents, identifying issues or discrepancies.
Offer expert advice and guidance on residential conveyancing matters.
Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in residential conveyancing.
Coordinate with team members to streamline processes and boost departmental efficiency.
Communicate efficiently with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely transaction completion.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Residential Conveyancer or in a similar role.
Experience in handling volume conveyancing transactions.
Background working in a very busy department using case management software.
