Our client, a reputable recycling company in Longfield, Kent, is seeking a dedicated MRF Operative to join their team. As an MRF Operative, you will be responsible for sorting and separating various types of solid wastes, metals, brick, and wood. You will also ensure the proper maintenance of the recycling machinery, monitor for blockages, and ensure the smooth operation of the equipment. While previous experience as a Machine Operator within the recycling and refuse industry is preferred, full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a Machine Operator role is desirable

- Background in Recycling & Refuse is advantageous

- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively sort and separate materials

- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain recycling machinery

Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm with some Saturdays at over time 7am - 12.30pm
