Role: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Rate of pay: £400 - £450

Location: Edgbaston

Your seen as a role model and have the ability to nurture, shape and change a young educators future by providing the additional 1-1 support they need to further their knowledge and understanding of the world. Connex Education are seeking a Teaching Assistant confident with working in a school setting that has a mixture of mainstream and SEN students. Adaptability and being capable of thinking on your feet is key as you can guarantee no two days will ever be the same!

**Role Requirements**

Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is essential.
Previous experience working in Educational is essential.
A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
