This role will involve collaboration, team building, and cross-marketing, and you will be responsible for building strong relationships with both new and existing clients while handling a range of commercial property matters.They are looking for a qualified solicitor or lawyer with at least 4 years of commercial property experience gained at a reputable law firm. The successful candidate will be proficient in commercial property law, including commercial conveyancing, leasing, secured lending, and development agreements.
