Systems Delivery Manager

£70,000 - £80,000 per annum

This is a newly created Systems Delivery Manager role for a growing business within the Financial Services sector.

Reporting directly to the Director of Business Systems, you will be responsible for managing the complete delivery of system changes and technical updates to meet both client and business needs, including regulatory requirements. You will also oversee system support, including technical, application, and business support, ensuring that the systems are reliable, secure, and compliant. This role is key to driving change roadmap and ensuring our business operating model remains efficient and aligned with best practices.

As the Systems Delivery Manager, you will manage resources, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide leadership to ensure the timely delivery of system developments and support. You'll be responsible for assessing the impact of changes and ensuring that processes and controls are continuously improved. Additionally, you will coach and mentor your team, set objectives, and drive professional development. This is a Senior Management role, so we're looking for strong leadership and management experience. You'll ideally have managed one of either a Development Team or Application Support team
