Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Industrial Mechanical Fitter for a heavy industrial site based in Grays.

Industrial Mechanical Fitter Job Role:

* Carry out routine / preventative and reactive maintenance on all mechanical aspects of the plant in a safe and efficient manner.

* Respond to plant breakdowns as required.

* Carry out routine inspections and maintenance associated with the plant preventative maintenance system (FSI).

* Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard.

* Ensure all H&S procedures, including permit to work, are adhered to.

* Assist in the preparation / implementation of RAMS, necessary to carry out each task.

* Comply with Health and Safety requirements, as per training, policies, procedures, risk assessments, method statements, safe systems of work etc.

Industrial Mechanical Fitter Hours:

* Monday - Friday

* Days

* 45 hour week

Industrial Mechanical Fitter Skills Required:

* Working in a mechanical maintenance role within a heavy industrial environment

* Experience fitting, fault finding and fixing pumps and piping

* Apprenticeship trained

* Health and safety conscience

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
