Salary: £24,000 - £35,000 per annum, OTE
Package: £25K - £30K basic salary + uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £45K OTE) (Year 2 OTE £55K)

What Will You Be Doing?
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Complete training modules
- Writing and marketing adverts.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
- Managing your candidate database.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
