Job Title: Member and Customer Development Executive Salary: £25,000   Location: Stevenage Contract: Permanent, Full Time   Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week - 9:00 till 17:00 with an hour for lunch     We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious individual who is eager to secure a career within a sales-based role. Our client will also consider candidates with limited experience so this role would also suit graduates who are eager to learn and passionate.   SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·Experience in Customer Service or Sales
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
·Proactive and works well on own initiative
·Working in a fast-paced environment and part of a team'#
·Competent with MS Packages

RESPONSIBILITIES
·Pro-actively engage with potential and existing customers, via calls and emails.
·Identifying customer needs and presenting them with suitable products / services.
·Work towards weekly and monthly targets.
·Provide a positive onboarding experience for new members and customers.
·Review new applications and assess customer eligibility for memberships.
·Ensuring retention levels for members is kept high, and upselling other products and services where you can.   ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
