Resident Doctor - Critical Care (Level 3)

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: Up to £78,000 + Benefits
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time (Minimum of 1x 24hr shift per week)
Shifts: 24hr

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resident Doctor to join a modern private hospital in Birmingham, providing critical care support to Level 3 Adult Units and general wards. This is a Consultant-led service with excellent Nurse-to-Patient ratios and access to cutting-edge treatments and technologies.

You'll play a vital role in the delivery of patient care - from clinical assessments, ward rounds and admissions, to emergency response such as cardiac arrests and rapid deterioration calls. You'll work in partnership with experienced multi-disciplinary teams, gaining exposure to advanced medical practice in a high-acuity environment.

What We're Looking For:

* GMC registration and license to practice in the UK

* Training and experience in Intensive Care Medicine (ICM), Anaesthetics or Critical Care

* Proven experience in a Level 3 Critical Care Adult Unit

* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
