The purpose of the role is to

Update the CRM system on a regular basis

Up sell and cross-sell to existing customers

Conduct research on market trends and competitor's products

Generate revenue by selling products or services to potential customers by phone, email or other virtual channels

Identify and qualify leads

Produce sales presentations

Negotiate deals and close sales
