Nursing Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)

Salary up to £67,000 + plus performance bonus

40 hours per week

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursing Home Manager who is a registered nurse to lead our client's dedicated team in providing high-quality care for their elderly residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, extensive experience in Nursing Home Management, and a deep understanding of nursing practices and regulations within the care home environment.

Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid nursing license.
  • Must have Nursing Home Management
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs and financial aspects of home management.
  • Proven experience in managing nursing homes for the elderly
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team while promoting a culture of inclusion and equality.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of our elderly residents.
  • Lead and support a team of nurses, care staff, and administrative personnel to maintain a compassionate and efficient working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to guarantee a safe and nurturing environment for our elderly residents and staff.
  • Develop and implement care plans, maintaining accurate records and regularly assessing the individual needs of our elderly residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to provide holistic care and support for elderly residents.
