Salary: £185 - £290 PAYE per day, in line with MPS Outer London

A growing, specialist SEMH school in Richmond, which opened last year, is expanding and looking for a dedicated Nurture Teacher to join their team. You'll be teaching KS3 and KS4 students using a primary model, helping them build confidence, develop emotional regulation, and rediscover a love for learning.

Your Role:
- Delivering engaging, hands-on learning to students with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
- Using a nurture-based approach to build confidence and self-esteem in learners
- Encouraging emotional regulation and social development through tailored strategies
- Working closely with therapists, pastoral staff, and families to provide holistic support
- Creating a safe, structured, and uplifting learning environment where students feel valued
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) who is passionate about nurture and therapeutic education
- A creative, resilient, and empathetic approach to teaching
- Experience teaching a primary-style model (even if to older students) is a bonus!
- A strong understanding of Autism, ADHD, and SEMH strategies
- A commitment to building trusting relationships and inspiring students to succeed
