Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for an Ocean Export Clerk to join their office in Wickford.

Main duties will include:
• Quotations
• Negotiating rates with shipping companies
• Taking bookings for export shipments
• Following the loading process and liaising with the load sites if any shipments run behind schedule
• Completing export customs entries & VGM
• Preparing export documentation
• Invoicing files
The candidate should have:
• Experience of Sea freight exports
• Attention to detail.
• Must seek to build good relationships with customers.
• Good customer service and telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
• MultiFreight experience desirable
