Hours – Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (1 Hour lunch break)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident with managing multiple administrative tasks and assisting with the managing the day-to-day financial operations of the firm.
Role Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting calls as required
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Scanning and Binding
- Uploading documents to case matters
- Maintain an accurate purchase order log
- Programme Management and administration
- Holiday approvals
- Managing office supplies
- Adhoc cover for receptionist and administrator
