Are you an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect looking to join a growing, dynamic consultancy.
In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge cloud solutions using Azure and AWS. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments, optimizing cloud strategies, and ensuring seamless integrations in both hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement end-to-end cloud solutions on Azure and AWS, aligning with both business and technical requirements.
Ensure cloud solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient, while meeting organizational needs.
Lead the development of cloud strategies and architecture frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and organizational policies.
Establish and promote cloud governance models to ensure efficient use and compliance within cloud environments.
Design solutions integrating on-premises data centres with cloud platforms, ensuring seamless interaction between systems in hybrid and multi-cloud setups.
Deliver reliable and effective integrations across multiple cloud platforms.
Lead cloud migration projects, including assessment, planning, and execution of moving applications and data to Azure or AWS.
Manage the entire cloud migration lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
Work closely with development teams to define the technical architecture of new applications, ensuring the optimization of cloud services, microservices, and APIs for performance and maintainability.
Ensure development teams adhere to cloud best practices throughout the architecture and development phases.
Implement robust security controls across Azure and AWS platforms, ensuring compliance with security standards (e.g., IAM, encryption, firewalls) and industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, GDS, DPR).
Lead efforts to secure cloud environments and ensure that all solutions meet required regulatory framework.
Regularly review cloud costs and implement strategies to optimise cloud resource allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting performance objectives.
Analyse usage patterns and propose adjustments to cloud infrastructure to maximize cost-efficiency.
Serve as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.
Translate complex business needs into technical solutions, ensuring all teams are aligned and that the solutions are delivered to meet client expectations.Qualifications:

1-2 + years of experience as a Solution Architect or Cloud Architect, with a strong focus on Azure and AWS environments.
Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud architectures, particularly in hybrid or multi-cloud setups.
Experience in cloud migrations, DevOps practices, and building CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.
Proficient in Azure and AWS cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, Azure Kubernetes Service, AWS ECS, Azure Active Directory, IAM).
Deep understanding of cloud-native application architectures, microservices, and serverless frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
Strong knowledge of networking, security, databases, and storage solutions in cloud environments.
Experience with automation, monitoring, and deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, and Docker.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative team player, able to work across cross-functional teams, balancing business and technical perspectives.
