A market leading, award-winning Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice in Birmingham is looking to add a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will immerse yourself in a variety of high-profile residential projects, playing a crucial role in both project delivery and the growth of the team. This is not just a job; it's a career-defining opportunity with limitless potential for progression to an Associate role, in a highly client-facing capacity.

Whilst you will be joining the Residential team, no two projects are the same and there is plenty of variety and exciting developments to get invoved in!

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will work from their stylish, modern office in Birmingham 2-3 days a week, with the flexibility of working from home the remainder of the week. You will manage key client accounts, forge strong relationships, and provide expert guidance on both traditional and Design & Build schemes.

This role is perfect for an independent Senior Quantity Surveyor eager for rapid career advancement. You will have the opportunity to lead, grow, and manage a team, adding substantial value and establishing yourself within a reputable and forward-thinking firm.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

A RICS accredited / construction related degree qualification
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Residential sector experience
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
Employers Agent or Project Management experience is highly desirableIn Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

£50,000 - £65,000
