·Develop and deliver personalized lessons that cater to the unique needs and abilities of secondary school students with special educational needs.
·Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) while collaborating with support staff and specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students.
·Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages personal growth, emotional well-being, and academic achievement.
·Carefully track and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports to inform future interventions and support strategies.
