We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and prestigious manufacturing company based in Kings Lynn. Due to their continued success and development, they are looking to employ a Process Operators to join their Production Team.

Permanent role

£33,464 per annum

42 hours per week

7-day rotary shift pattern (days, nights, & weekends)

12-hour shifts (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am)

Please note whilst training they may be placed on our 5-day 3-shift pattern at £27,318 per annum, 40 hrs per week, Mon-Fri worked 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am.

Possible opportunities to work 5-day shift pattern permanently at a salary of £27, 319 per annum - 40 hours per week.

Purpose of the role:

Part of a team producing membrane on a purpose-built automated production line. Assisting the STM with day-to-day operation of the plant to ensure product quality, maximise efficiency and ensure customer orders are delivered on time.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Plant operation and monitoring through a computer-based control system

Product quality control testing and monitoring

Supporting Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental procedures

Troubleshooting and improving processes

Maintaining good housekeeping standards throughout the area
