• Possesses previous experience working as a Receptionist/Front of House personnel
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease and confidence
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge   

What you will do:

• Meet and greet guests/signing all guests in
• Liaising with building management and delivery personnel
• Answering telephone calls in a highly professional manner
• Working alongside catering team
• Ensuring office space is tidy and presentable
• Booking taxis/couriers
