* Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.

* Cultivate strong relationships with contractors to ensure seamless property maintenance.

* Stay informed and provide accurate guidance on lettings laws and regulations.

* Uphold high legal and regulatory standards across all managed properties.

* Strive to exceed client expectations, fostering long-term relationships and positive testimonials.

* Ensure all rental properties meet habitability standards and comply with regulations.

* Contribute to company targets and support business growth initiatives.

* Monitor rent arrears and facilitate timely collections to ensure financial stability.

Requirements:

* Full UK clean driving license.
