Supporting financial decision-making processes through rigorous analysis and reporting.
Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and manage cost drivers.
Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

A successful Junior Finance Business Partner should have:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
