Our manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Toolmaker.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm

Location: Tonbridge

Salary: negotiable + OT when required

The Toolmaker role would suit candidates with the following skills / experience:

The successful applicant should be able to provide a wide range of Tool room skills.

* Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings

* General machining and bench hand experience essential

* Work to small tolerances

* To repair/refurbish and manufacture tooling to maximum production efficiency

* Ability to work unsupervised

* Self-motivated and task orientated

* Ensure housekeeping is to highest standard

* Knowledge of ISO09001:2008

* Car driver - living within 30 minute commute of Tonbridge, Kent

Desirable - thermoplastic extrusion experience

REQUIREMENTS

* City and guilds qualification (or equivalent)

* Ideally time served Toolmaker
