My client based in Middlesbrough is looking for a Business Development Manager to start on a permanent basis in the property industry.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a estate agency environment is essential.

My client offer a generous commision structure where OTE could be up to 50k PA

Duties:

Build a property portfolio.
Win new business and service existing clients.
Generate and follow up leads.
Cold calling to build and win new business
Must be well presented and ensure customers are put at ease.
Make sales calls.Hours of Work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday - Potential to work Saturdays as per business demands.

Salary: £28,000 PA OTE of £50,000
