We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team at this outstanding school in Cheshunt. This position is available due to the growth of the school and is a long-term full-time role starting ASAP. This role stands out because you will be working with a passionate team, helping to create an enriching and engaging learning environment for Key Stage 1 and 2 students. As an HLTA, you will be providing essential support for students' learning, working closely with the class teacher to deliver lessons, manage classroom behavior, and assist in planning educational activities. Your ability to support students with diverse needs and learning styles will make a huge impact.

Application Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Level 4 or higher qualification in Teaching Assistant studies (or equivalent).
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum, including English and Maths.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
• Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism, SEMH, and general learning difficulties, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
• Leading small group work and one-to-one support for students.
• Assisting in the assessment of student progress and supporting their development.
• Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.
• Providing feedback and encouragement to students.
• Supporting students with SEN and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
