Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Mainstream Primary School, Oldham

Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a new role in a supportive and welcoming primary school? TimePlan Education is currently recruiting for a Level 3 TA to work in a mainstream primary school in Oldham, starting ASAP and continuing until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent contract.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across the school. Your role will involve:

Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and pupil engagement
Leading small group interventions to support literacy and numeracy development
Assisting with classroom organisation and behaviour management
Providing one-to-one support for pupils who need additional guidance
Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Has experience working in a primary school setting
Is confident in supporting children across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Has strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential
