We are currently seeking two dedicated Estate Services Operatives for grounds maintenance to join our client's Estates team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial in maintaining over a million square metres of open space across the Tees Valley, ensuring our estates are well-kept and presentable.
Day-to-day of the role: - Perform a variety of Estate Services tasks including grass cutting, fly-tipping removal, jet washing, litter picking, hedge trimming, and spraying/weed killing.
- Operate tools and machinery such as walk-behind and ride-on lawnmowers, strimmers, and backpack blowers.
- Work collaboratively within a large, friendly team to maintain high standards across our estates.
- Use mobile and hand-held devices to receive job allocations and record work completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - A strong team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Awareness and understanding of safe equipment and vehicle use for various tasks.
- Comfortable with or willing to learn the use of digital devices for job allocation and recording.
