Assure Personnel are pleased to be supporting an excellent client of ours based in Billericay to recruit a Sales Development Representative to join their team. Our client specialises in technology solutions and partner with innovative companies to drive digital transformations.
This role will play a pivotal part within the growth strategy, identifying and engaging with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, research, and target key decision-makers within our ideal customer profile
- Outbound Engagement: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate interest and set up meetings for the founders and senior sales team.
- Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings with potential clients, ensuring they align with our service offerings and business objectives.
- Industry Networking: Actively network within the technology and software industry to build relationships and stay informed about trends and developments.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our services, industry trends, and technology solutions to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the founders, marketing, and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and optimise lead generation efforts.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, ideally within the tech or software industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade senior-level executives.
- Technical Acumen: A strong interest in technology and software, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and solutions.
- Results-Driven: A proactive and self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills with a knack for building lasting professional relationships.
