We are looking for an Shift Multi Skilled Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Shift Multi Skilled Engineer​​​​​​​, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Shift Multi Skilled Engineer​​​​​​​, will be responsible for:
* Demonstrating your understanding of all building fabric activities.
* Providing a reactive and planned pro-active maintenance service as per project requirements.
* Answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
* Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
* Keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.
* Participating in the On-Call Rota.
To be successful for this Shift Multi Skilled Engineer​​​​​​​ role you must have:
* Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and capability to perform manual tasks.
* Qualifications as an all round multi skilled professional; NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship.
* 18th Edition, #removed# Testing and Inspection Qualification.
* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Air Conditioning/Maintenance, F Gas Qualification.
* NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Maintenance.
