Health & Safety Manager - Crowborough - £55,000 (Hybrid)Innovative and dynamic team with fantastic working culture!  This role offers a blend of office-based work and site visits, providing both administrative and organisational leadership for the HSE area of the Compliance Department in the UK, with some support extending into Europe. You'll work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure all HSEQ requirements are met effectively.Responsibilities:

• Lead a small H&S team, supporting service and project departments.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Provide guidance on legislative changes.
• Conduct accident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Travel obligations across the UK and occasionally Europe.
• Perform site visits, inspections, audits and monitoring compliance of sub-contractors  
• Advise on CDM safety, including PCI and CPP.
• Review internal and subcontractor RAMS.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Diploma or HSE Degree.
• 4-5 years of H&S inspection experience.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s licence.
