Key Responsibilities
As Head of History, you will:
Develop and execute strategies for teaching and learning in the History departmentLead curriculum planning and implementationDrive professional development within the departmentInspire and motivate both students and staffContribute to the school's overall academic successThe Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced History teacher who possesses:
A relevant degree in History or a related fieldQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentProven teaching experience at secondary level, ideally within a similar settingStrong leadership skills with a track record of departmental successPassion for inspiring students and fostering a love for historyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer
