The Role: Service Advisor

The Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00

Location: Storrington

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 -

Job role

* Answering Phones

* Booking appointments

* Dealing with customers on a face-to-face basis as well as over the phone and email

* Liaising with Technicians consistently and pro-actively as well as the Office Manager

* Managing and returning stock

* Ordering relevant parts for specific vehicles and Jobs

Candidate requirements:

* Admin and Office experience is essential

* Motor Trade experience preferred but not essential

* Good customer service skills

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment within a team setting

* Basic computer knowledge (Training will be given for the use of Garage software)

* Ability to prioritise efficiently and multi task

* Good organisational skills

* Good and punctual Time management
