Motor Claims Handler - Full-Time, Permanent

What You'll Do:

* Handle First Notification of Loss (FNOL) motor claims with efficiency and accuracy.

* Manage a varied caseload, handling claims through telephone and written correspondence.

* Act as the main point of contact for policyholders and brokers, ensuring excellent customer service.

* Identify and escalate fraudulent activity or questionable underwriting concerns.

* Consistently deliver high-quality service while adhering to company and regulatory policies.

What We're Looking For:

* Strong customer service and computer skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

* A proactive problem-solver with strong relationship-building skills.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in motor claims handling (for higher salary consideration).

* CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it with company support).

* Minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
