Tender Planner - Civil Engineering - Preston
We are looking for a successful Tender Planner to manage major bids ranging in value from £5 - 30 million within the Civil Engineering sector.
The successful candidate will be required to put together from first principles the tender progamme, to demonstrate to the client how delivery will be achieved. You will also be expected to develop, plan and challenge methodologies and programs. Also demonstrate experience of managing design inputs in to bids. Also from a marketing input be able to develop USPs to help win bids.
Ideally you will have 10 - 15 years experience in the civil engineering sector, and preferably some experience within pre-construction or planning and have experience with wide ranging clients and projects having developed great partnering and sub contractor relationships.
