Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance
Oversee generators and plant rooms
Maintain AHUs and FCUs

Qualifications & Experience:

Relevant City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications (17th Edition & Level 3 Electrical Installations required)
HVAP (Desired but not essential)
3+ years of experience in Building Services and critical environments
Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
Expertise in Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, HVAC, Maintenance, Engineering, and Mechanical Facilities
