Due to internal promotion, this successful Group has a need for a Management Accountant to join them on a permanent basis. Supporting the Financial Controller in processing the Management Accountants for the wider group always ensuring financial compliance whilst supporting stakeholders within the Group.

Your new role

Timely, accurate, preparation and payment of the Group Payroll

Preparation of reporting submissions to HMRC for PAYE, VAT etcMaintain bank controls and timely bank postingsEnsuring timely and accurate recording of all ledgersLiaising, where necessary, with external advisorsReview and development of current process, identifying efficiencies and process improvementsTimely review of all intercompany balances, development of improved reporting systemSupporting periodic forecasting / budgeting / cashflow processesAssist with preparation of Quarterly Management Accounts with the Financial Controller prior to Board SubmissionAssist with development of the Finance TeamEnsure the Finance Controller is kept appraised of any material matters affecting the smooth running of the Finance Team or the Financial position of the GroupTake responsibility for preparation of Quarterly Management Accounts, for review with Financial Controller prior to Board SubmissionWhat you'll need to succeed

Current Management Accounting experience is essential to this role.
