We are looking for a experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join a contract catering site in Central London

Salary is £40,000 per year
5 days out of 7

Sous Chef duties :

Overseeing kitchen operations
Leading and managing junior kitchen staff
Ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
Collaborate with the Head Chef to create menus
Maintain kitchen efficiency
Uphold food safety standards

Will work for staff canteen in a well known Shopping Centre in Central London
Will lead within the Head Chef a full brigade of 10
