We are seeking reliable and motivated General Operatives in the Worcester area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the workshop/factory, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Benefits:

* Hours 8am-4pm

* Pay £11.44-£12ph

* Regular ongoing work

* Weekend work available

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitoring machine operators whom are working at a height

* Ensuring paint/material is prepared for efficient work

* Performing general cleaning duties including:

* Sweep floors

* Cleaning paint splatter

* Assist in maintaining a tidy and organised workspace

* Support the team where needed

* Adhere to health and safety regulations

General Operative Qualifications:

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

* Proactive mindset

* Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team

* Reliability to turn up on time and every day
