We have a great opportunity for a Training Centre Supervisor based in Mexborough working for a national training provider. The Training Centre Supervisor has responsibility for the day-to-day running of centres within the region which includes other parts of Yorkshire and the North East when required.

A background in education is not essential, we are really looking for an excellent communicator with strong administrative/customer service experience.

Salary: £32,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

* Point of contact for all visitors to the centre and contactable across all centres in the region.

* Keyholder and emergency contact for all Centres within the region.

* Facilitate and oversee the day-to-day running of the centre/s.

* Contribute to training and development of the regional team.

* Assist Head of Region in achieving maximum customer satisfaction.

* Maintain and improve centre activities.

* Maintain facilities to a high standard, ensuring all health and safety and safeguarding requirements are met

* Assist the Head of Region in developing plans for the centre's progress and growth.

* Maintain accurate records and responsibly use resources to control costs to meet agreed budgets which will include raising of centre purchase orders on our Sage X3 system.

* Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers, and customers.

* Front of house and invigilation support as required.

Essential Requirements:

* A relevant Level 4 qualification or significant experience in a similar role.

* GCSE math and English A- C or equivalent.

* Ability to multi-task, dealing with ad hoc issues with a problem-solving approach.

* Current Driving Licence & use of a vehicle.

* IT literate.

* Significant experience of working in a similar role.
